Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support. Inform customers about company's products/services and offers. Identifies business opportunities from given prospects. Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible. Talk to customers and Follow-up the Leads converting the leads into sales. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. Repo building with the clients and centers. Working on telesales/customer support. Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention. Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team.
