You are a QC Associate responsible for reviewing lesson plans and content to ensure the quality and effectiveness of online lessons for students from Grades 3-9. Your role includes conducting class observations, providing feedback, coordinating lesson plans, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. As a QC Associate, your key responsibilities will involve conducting regular observations of online lessons in subjects like English, Mathematics, Social Studies, and EVS for Grades 3-9. You will need to ensure that the content aligns with CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of observations, feedback, and performance metrics. Providing constructive feedback to teachers and internal teams for continuous improvement, coordinating lesson plans, ensuring task completion, collaborating with quality assurance teams, and maintaining documentation are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of English for Grades 3-9 as per CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards. Previous experience in teaching, quality control, lesson planning, or educational coordination would be advantageous. You must possess excellent observation and evaluation skills, effective communication abilities, proficiency in record-keeping, and the capacity to work independently on multiple tasks. Familiarity with digital tools and online teaching platforms will be beneficial.
