As a School Educational Trainer at our esteemed Publishing Company, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive training programs catered towards teachers, students, and sales teams. Your focus will be on enriching participants" knowledge and skills while ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives and educational products. You will be expected to demonstrate and introduce participants to a range of educational resources such as books, e-learning modules, and other materials. Your role will involve emphasizing the unique selling propositions (USPs) of these resources and aligning them with curriculum goals as per NCF 2023. Conducting both online and offline training sessions for a diverse audience will be a crucial aspect of your job. These sessions will cover a variety of topics including books, e-learning tools, and curriculum content. Utilizing interactive methods to facilitate understanding, retention, and application of training content will be a key strategy in your delivery. Collaboration with institutional clients, schools, and educational organizations will be essential for customizing training programs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with these partners will drive engagement and ensure the successful implementation of training solutions. Your role will also involve developing assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to gauge the effectiveness of training programs. Providing constructive feedback to participants will be integral to fostering their improvement and growth. In addition, you will offer academic guidance, support, and motivation to learners to enhance their overall experience. Staying updated with the latest educational trends and continuously refining training materials and techniques will be necessary to ensure the quality and relevance of the programs. Collaboration with various stakeholders such as sales teams, educators, and academic coordinators will be crucial to align training programs with institutional goals. Monitoring and documenting training progress, maintaining records, and preparing performance reports for stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, or a related field. Previous experience in training, teaching, or a similar educational role is essential, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in instructional design, training methodologies, and educational technology is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in K-12, higher education, or vocational training sectors, as well as those holding certifications in instructional design or training delivery. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is also desirable.
