We are seeking dynamic and knowledgeable Lecturers to teach Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, strong subject expertise, and the ability to engage students in a collaborative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and tutorials on core BCA subjects (e.g., Programming, Database Management, Web Technologies, Computer Networks).
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and practical assessments.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and college events.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in computer applications and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or related field. (BCA with strong expertise and teaching experience may also be considered.)
• Experience: 1 4 years of teaching experience in a BCA or related program.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of computer application concepts and programming languages.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
