As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for facilitating Embark training and onboarding, providing feedback to new employees on AML workflows, and serving as a mentor/coach to Trainers joining the team. Your role will involve providing one-on-one coaching to new employees, assessments of Embark performance, and comprehension to the L+D Manager. Additionally, you will be required to provide recommendations for individualized training as deemed appropriate. You will work closely with Managed Services to identify knowledge and skill gaps, collaborate with other departments to provide tailored training support to specific projects or teams, and develop and deliver continuing education courses. You will oversee and engage those in between project assignments on the Ready For Allocation (RFA) team, and collaborate with L+D leadership on strategic initiatives.
