Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Education Counselor with 2–3 years of experience in inside sales and student counseling. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus) and passionate about guiding students toward the right career path in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to counsel students and parents on course offerings
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable educational programs
• Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling
• Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain records of leads and interactions in CRM tools
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Education Counseling / Inside Sales / EdTech
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is optional)
• Proven ability to handle sales targets and lead conversions
• Confident, persuasive, and student-friendly approach
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
