Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Counsel prospective students about the UG/PG program, including eligibility criteria, research areas, and career prospects. 2. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrolments. 3. Meet and exceed assigned admission targets within specified deadlines. 4. Guide candidates through the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. 5. Regularly follow up with leads, ensuring timely communication and updates on the status of their application. 6. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and applicants in the CRM system. Required Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educators. In-depth knowledge of educational programs, universities, career paths, and application processes. Excellent active listening and empathy skills to understand students' needs and concerns. Ability to assess students' strengths, interests, and career goals to provide tailored guidance. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple counseling sessions and administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and other CRM Software for documentation and reporting. Problem-solving ability and the capacity to offer solutions for students facing challenges. Knowledge of career development strategies and job market trends to guide students in choosing the right career path.
