Job Description

1. Understanding customer business and Gathering functional and non-functional requirements from the customer. 2. Discussing the requirements with the technical team to clear doubts regarding the requirements. 3. Performing gap analysis and defining best practices to ensure solutions meet business needs. 4. Assisting in creating, editing, and maintaining reports. 5. Performing other duties, and responsibilities as needed. 6. Reviewing transcripts to ensure that all requirements are met before approving applications. 7. Assisting students with technical difficulties and managing queries records status 8. Establishing and maintaining communication between the client and the company 9. Preparing reports on student progress, fee management, and enrolment numbers 10. Coordinating with counsellors and centre coordinators to smooth the on-boarding of students 8. Responsible for verifying documents and receipts. 9. Updating application and exam-related information. 10. Monitoring LMS (Learning Management System) activity. 11. Reporting errors and issues, and ensuring timely updates on results, applications, and other documentation.
