Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Education Requirements: B.Sc.

Languages Required: Kannada, English

Job Summary: Need Base India is seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Coordinator to join our team at Shankara Girls Home. The Education Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing the educational activities and development programs for the girls residing at the home. This position is ideal for someone who isenthusiastic about empowering young minds and making a positive impact on their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and curricula tailored to the needs of the girls at Shankara Girls Home.
• Coordinate with teachers and educational staff to ensure the effective delivery of lessons and learning activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the educational progress of the girls, providing support and intervention as needed.
• Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities that enhance the overall development of the girls.
• Maintain accurate records of educational performance and progress, and prepare reports as required.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders to support the educational needs of the girls.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment within the residential setting.- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of educational staff and volunteers.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or any relevant degree.
• Fluency in Kannada and English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in education or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and committed to the well-being and development of children.

Additional Information: This is a residential & non residential position, requiring the candidate to live on-site at Shankara Girls Home.- Only Female candidates are preferred for this role.
