Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Education Services Coordinator to join our academic support team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about education and student success. You will play a key role in assisting students with information related to academic programs, admissions, and course enrollment, and support overall coordination of educational services. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely information to students regarding academic programs, admissions, and enrollment procedures. Support students in understanding course structures, eligibility, and institutional policies. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students via email, chat, or calls (non-sales focused). Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, academic counselors, support staff) to ensure smooth student onboarding. Maintain student data and interaction records in the CRM system. Assist in organizing webinars, orientations, and academic information sessions. Stay updated with the latest institutional programs, deadlines, and procedures. Help students connect with appropriate resources like counselors, tutors, or program advisors. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Customer-centric and student-first approach Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace Willingness to learn and grow within the education sector Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, Humanities preferred) Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in academic support or administration Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Academic counseling: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
