Education Advisor-Work From Home

We are looking for a student-focused Education Advisor to support learners in choosing suitable academic programs. The role involves providing clear information, guidance, and ongoing support to students throughout their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students by understanding their educational background, interests, and goals
• Explain program details, curriculum structure, and learning outcomes clearly
• Respond to student queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on pending inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding
• Provide timely updates and support to students during the admission process

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM or student management systems
• Ability to manage multiple student interactions professionally
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Wi-Fi connection and a personal laptop are mandatory for this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
