You will be responsible for promoting and nurturing the education of young students at Neev by planning and tailoring courses of study. Your role will involve creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Collaboration with parents, trainers, and non-teaching staff is essential to ensure the holistic development of the child. Your main working relationships will include the Section Head, Programme Coordinator, Subject HODs, and other teachers. Effective communication skills are crucial for making a positive impact on others. Being culturally aware and respectful of differences is key in this role. Encouraging self-development and achieving the mission of Neev and IB is a core aspect of your responsibilities. You will need to plan and develop courses of study according to Neev curriculum guidelines, tailor lessons to meet individual student needs, and use various teaching models and techniques. Maintaining a positive and creative learning environment both indoors and outdoors is important. Assessment of student progress, preparation of assignments and tests, and ensuring discipline and child safety are integral parts of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in pastoral duties, supporting students through academic or personal difficulties. Keeping parents informed of children's progress, providing student support services, and participating in school events and activities are key aspects of this role. Continuous learning and updating of job knowledge through faculty meetings and educational opportunities are also expected.
