We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our high-energy team and play a key role in scaling our talent acquisition efforts. Position Summary: Were seeking a young, energetic, and ambitious HR Recruiter with prior experience in the e-learning/content development industry . The ideal candidate will take ownership of 80% talent acquisition responsibilities and contribute 20% to core HR functions within the team. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit top-tier talent including: Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Freelancers/contract-based roles Instructional Designers Content Writers, Editors, Reviewers, etc. Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, scheduling, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for project-based and long-term roles. Work closely with project managers and leadership to understand current and upcoming hiring needs. Utilize job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking for effective sourcing. HR Operations: Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. Contribute to onboarding, induction, and training processes. Help maintain HR records and support policy implementation. Participate in performance appraisal coordination and internal communication efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (MBA in HR preferred). 25 years of proven recruitment experience in the e-learning or content development industry. Strong network of freelancers and professionals in the education/content/ed-tech domain. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
