As we expand our operations in Delhi and Mumbai, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Tele counselors to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents regarding educational products and services. Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses and learning solutions. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales on CRM systems. Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure student satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead generation and process improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors. Requirements: Minimum 2 years and up to 8 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or counseling, preferably in the EdTech or education industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and conversion rates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Graduation in any discipline; additional certifications in counseling/sales will be an advantage. Should be based in Delhi or Mumbai or willing to relocate. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in EdTech platforms, coaching institutes, test-prep, or higher education counseling. Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred for Mumbai).
