EDTECH BDA - KANNADA SPEAKER

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through multiple channels – cold calling, emails, social media, webinars, etc.
• Understand student/parent needs and offer suitable courses/products.
• Conduct detailed counseling sessions to guide prospective learners through their career options.
• Follow up regularly on leads to convert into successful sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Maintain and update CRM/database regularly.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for better lead management and campaign execution.
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to handle objections, follow-up diligently, and close deals.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,214.78 - ₹45,000.00 per month
