Optimize ad performance using A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience insights. Analyze campaign performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for better conversion rates and cost efficiency. Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to track and report lead performance. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and optimize lead nurturing strategies. Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform trends, and best practices for lead generation. Identify new opportunities for growth and audience expansion through innovative strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation via Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Strong understanding of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies. Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook & Instagram Ads, and Analytics tools. Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and management is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to changing trends and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and Meta Certifications. Experience in B2B/B2C lead generation.
