You should have a Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering, or similar field with at least 5 years of experience in leading Fixture manufacturing activities. Your responsibilities will include building export level fixtures, managing inventory, conducting concept design reviews, and having hands-on experience in assembly. You will need to interpret designs, plan and schedule activities accordingly, and follow up with outsourcing vendors. It is important to have a fair knowledge of using basic quality instruments and software such as e-drawing & Solid Works. You should be able to analyze root causes and troubleshoot issues effectively. Good communication skills are essential for this role, and you should be willing to work extended hours or shifts as required. The position is based in Bengaluru.
