You will also be responsible for troubleshooting security incidents, resolving user issues, and escalating to backend or vendor support when necessary. Additionally, you will be required to support the integration of Email Security and EDR solutions with other IT systems and business processes, as well as preparing and delivering regular reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to conduct end-user training and awareness programs on email hygiene, phishing prevention, and safe endpoint practices is also a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will need to provide support during audits or compliance reviews related to endpoint or email security.
