EDP Trainer

We’re Hiring | EDP Trainer (Entrepreneurship Development Program)

Locations: Delhi | Chandigarh | Maharashtra

Experience: 5–10 years

Engagement: Full-time / Part-time (Project-based)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced EDP Trainer to deliver high-impact, activity-based entrepreneurship training programs for youth, women, nano enterprises, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The role focuses on training delivery, mentoring, and hands-on business planning support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions on entrepreneurship, business planning, costing & pricing, marketing, and digital tools

Mentor participants to refine business ideas and develop practical business plans

Design and customise training content, case studies, and assessments

Track attendance, maintain reports, and document learning outcomes

Coordinate with field teams, community partners, and project stakeholders

Desired Profile

5–10 years of experience in training (EDP/MSME/Livelihood projects preferred)

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex business concepts for diverse audiences

Working knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
