Edm operator

The EDM Operator position is a full-time, on-site role located in Kakori. As an EDM Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Electrical Discharge Machines to produce precision parts and components. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, selecting appropriate electrodes and machine settings, monitoring machine operations, and conducting quality control checks. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain and troubleshoot the machines as necessary to ensure efficient operation. To excel in this role, you should have experience with setting up and operating Electrical Discharge Machines (EDMs), the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as quality control and precision measurement skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities are essential for collaborating effectively with colleagues. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills will be valuable assets in this position. Having a relevant certification or technical qualification in machining or a related field would be a plus.,
