Contact HDesign and develop programs for CNC Wire EDM and mill machines. Set-up, check programs, operate and adjust computer numerically controlled machine tool equipment to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations to meet precise tolerance and finish requirements. Understand program format, work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications defining and coding tooling, fixturing, machine arrangements. Recognize, report and correct errors. Recommend tooling applications and operational sequence to assist in developing practical programming for new and unusual machining requirements. Set-up for and instruct Machine Operators of lower classification.
