As a dynamic individual, you will be responsible for carefully reviewing, proofreading, and editing written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, quality, and consistency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review, proofread & edit an article, ensuring the final content is error-free and follows all the set criteria. - Verify facts and data within the content to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Cross-check content against established style guides to maintain uniformity in language and formatting. - Collaborate with writers to address any content discrepancies and suggest improvements for clarity and coherence. - Perform other work-related duties as assigned. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent command of the English language, good vocabulary, and impeccable spelling and grammar. - Proven work experience as a Proofreader, Editor, or similar role. - A critical eye for spotting errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in written content. We are looking for candidates with a Graduate in Journalism and Mass Communications or BA (English) background. A Masters in Journalism and Mass Communications or MA (English) would be an added advantage. Candidates with a good academic record in the English language (Class 10th & 12th) would be preferred.
