As a talented and visionary Video Content Creator at Pinkvilla, you will be responsible for leading the creation of compelling video content and branded campaigns. Your role will involve planning and executing high-quality video shoots, ensuring creative excellence and technical precision. Collaborating with the editorial and brand teams, you will produce engaging video content for various platforms while leveraging a strong understanding of YouTube formats and best practices. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to develop impactful branded content campaigns while maintaining brand integrity. Additionally, you will ideate, create, and oversee new Intellectual Properties (IPs) for Pinkvilla, ensuring they are innovative, audience-relevant, and aligned with the company's vision. In this role, you will oversee all stages of production, from pre-production planning to post-production, managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Collaborating with a team of videographers, editors, and other creative professionals, you will foster a collaborative environment to drive creativity and productivity. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in content production, with expertise in shooting and creative direction. You must demonstrate a proven ability to produce branded content that resonates with target audiences and possess a strong portfolio showcasing experience in video production and original IP development. Technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and production equipment, as well as excellent project management and communication skills, are essential requirements. A background in digital media, entertainment, or lifestyle content production, along with familiarity with editing workflows and software, will be advantageous. Moreover, a strong understanding of YouTube as a platform, including content trends, audience engagement strategies, SEO, thumbnails, and retention tactics, is crucial for this role.,
