As a Production Supervisor (ITI Mechanical Only) at our manufacturing unit, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing production processes to ensure quality, safety, and delivery targets are met. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and controlling production processes, supervising production staff, implementing quality control measures, analyzing production data for improvements, collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. To excel in this role, you should have a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualification, along with 1-2 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as the ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Knowledge of production management systems and safety regulations will be key to your success. Preferred qualifications include experience in lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies, familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software, certification in production planning, and a B.Tech Mechanical qualification. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our manufacturing unit.
