Job Description : In the video editor role, you will arrange, assemble, and process dozens of recorded and stock video clips into a seamless whole. You will work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Edit/Create YouTube Videos/Shorts every week using CapCut/Premiere Pro/InShot. Add dynamic text, memes, transitions, and trending audio to maximize retention. Trim and optimize raw footage (casino wins,reviews, challenges). Suggest creative ideas for hooks, thumbnails, and viral trends. Responsibilities: Ensure brand consistency (colors, fonts, tone) while keeping content bold and engaging. Collaborate with the content team to align edits with our "High Stakes & Smoke Breaks" vibe. Skills Required: Basic proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.). Understanding of YouTube/TikTok trends (fast cuts, zooms, captions). Creativity to turn raw clips into addictive, shareable content. Ability to work under quick turnarounds. Knowledge of casino/cannabis niches is a plus (but not mandatory). Bonus Skills: Motion graphics (After Effects). Meme culture savviness. USA pop culture awareness.
