Contacting, interviewing, and researching sources will be crucial, along with maintaining notes and audio recordings. It is essential to cooperate with reporters, chief editors, producers, etc., and stay up-to-date with the latest current events in the beat by studying papers and attending events. To qualify for this role, you should have proven working experience as a Reporter and a portfolio of published articles or newscasts. The ability to gather, write, and edit news is a must, along with a broad knowledge of headlines. Computer proficiency in MS Office, digital editing, web search, and databases is required. Excellent communication, lobbying, and active listening skills are essential, as well as integrity and morality. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
