You will be responsible as a Rave Programmer for a duration of 12 months in a hybrid role based in either Hyderabad or Pune. Your primary responsibilities will include hands-on end-to-end Rave study build experience, including CRF, edit check creation, custom functions, dynamics/matrix programming, migration planning and execution, and module connections/integrations programming. You will also be tasked with overseeing the work of Database Developer I & 2, training and mentoring them as needed, and ensuring the quality of programming and attention to detail in the database build process. As a Rave Programmer, you must have at least 5 years of experience in Rave study build, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work independently with appropriate supervision. Effective communication with team members, planning and organizing work to meet timelines, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and resolve issues with support when necessary are essential for this role. You will be expected to build studies for initial deployment and protocol amendments, program study database integrations, and serve as a primary point of contact for database build in assigned studies. The upcoming roles for Junior Rave Programmers will be home-based for a 12-month duration. Candidates with 6+ years of Rave programmer experience and core CF expertise will be considered. Responsibilities will include working independently with the client team, handling complex CF activities, dynamics programming, and coordinating with the study lead programmer for study dynamics using CF. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing unit testing for global standard checks, coordinating with migration programmers, and providing impact analysis for any necessary CF modifications.
