EDI Sterling B2B Integrator Support Resource

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

Description

• Resource should have 5-12years’ experience in EDI integration in Sterling B2Bi translation software application
• Extensive knowledge of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator: A deep understanding of the platform, its features, and its various components is essential.
• Good knowledge on Admin Activities for Sterling Business Integrator- Starting/ Stopping of Services on Linux.
• B2B Integration Experience: Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting B2B integration solutions, including EDI and other B2B protocols.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system diagnostics.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
• 24*7 support Swift rotation past few years.
