We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS OTC (Order to Cash) Functional Professional. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, specifically Order Management, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, and the fundamentals of Inventory. Experience in EDI implementation is a preferable advantage. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills who can contribute effectively to client projects. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a functional expert for Oracle EBS Order to Cash (OTC) processes. Apply strong knowledge in configuring and supporting Oracle EBS modules: Order Management, Shipping, and Advanced Pricing. Utilize fundamental understanding of Oracle Inventory management within the OTC cycle. Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases of Oracle EBS projects. Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Support integration activities between Oracle EBS OTC modules and other systems, including EDI implementation if applicable. Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support to end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle EBS OTC processes. Create and maintain functional documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into understandable business terms. Required Skills & Experience: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules: Order Management (OM) Shipping Advanced Pricing Fundamentals of Inventory Experience in EDI implementation is preferable. Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
