About the Role As EDI Analyst, your primary responsibility is to Assist the EDI team in debugging and resolving EDI issues in files. What You Will Do Understand the EDI process for HIPAA-compliant 834 files and non-standard files. Assist the EDI team in debugging and resolving EDI issues in files. Collaborate with the EDI team to build new files according to client requirements. Work with the development team for requirement analysis. What You Need Knowledge of HIPPA 834 enrollment files, Custom Healthcare enrollment files is must Basic knowledge of SQL queries. Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Experience in data mining is a plus. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. What Makes You Eligible Be willing to travel up to 25%, domestic and international travel if required. Job Title: Senior EDI Analyst Client: [Confidential] POC: Ramu Munipakam Location: Visakhapatnam / Hyderabad (Work from Office 5 Days a Week) Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Experience Required: 10+ Years Budget: Up to 27 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire (FTE / C2H) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior EDI Analyst to lead EDI migration, integration, and functional mapping activities in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience with ANSI X12 standards, SQL/Oracle EBS , and a strong understanding of EDI business processes . The role is onsite and demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business-critical EDI functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end EDI implementations, migrations, and upgrades . Design and manage EDI mappings based on ANSI X12 standards and trading partner requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external trading partners for EDI integration and testing . Troubleshoot EDI errors and ensure timely resolution of data exchange issues. Document EDI processes, mapping specs, and maintain partner profiles. Work closely with Oracle EBS or SQL-based systems for integration and data validation. Serve as a functional SME for EDI transactions across supply chain, logistics, finance, etc. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of experience as an EDI Analyst or Functional Consultant Strong understanding of EDI ANSI X12 transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810) Hands-on experience with EDI Mapping, Functional Specs, and Partner Setup Experience with EDI migration projects and onboarding trading partners Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Oracle EBS Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Certifications in EDI tools or Oracle EBS are a plus Familiarity with middleware or EDI platforms (e.g., Gentran, Seeburger, IBM Sterling) Why Join Us?
