Industrial Relationship Manager rajkot 12 - 15 years INR 0.8 - 1.25 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Purpose of the Role The Industrial Relations Manager is overall responsible for ensuring and implementing all labour and employment laws that are enacted and enforced by local bodies, regulatory, state, and central governments across all projects and asset sites. Role & responsibilities Partner with all the internal and external relevant interested parties and ensure that the labour compliance requirements are implemented in accordance with the applicable laws. Liaise with relevant authorities or as required to ensure timely and accurate compliance requirement adherence. Ensure application of all labour laws compliance applicable on the company and its contractors including application, file periodic return and maintaining records. Ensure all labour compliance and paper works are completed before commencement of works and deployment of workers on sites. Maintaining appropriate and relevant documents and records of all cases and compliance register documents. Working with project and asset managers, monitoring and manage legal and regulatory risks related to labour and employment and advise management on compliance. Consult and coordinate with internal / external stakeholders as necessary to resolve the labour and social responsibility compliance issues. Conduct periodic internal reviews, audits or inspections of sites to ensure that compliance of norms and IR procedures. Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation, conducting & directing the internal investigation of compliance issues. Coordinate audits of various statutory, social security and labour laws and attend to labour & employment related observations from authorities ensuring closure on the gaps or any complaints. Serve as a confidential point of contact to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities. Organizing health camps, trainings and engagement events to safeguard the workers economic and social interests. Ensure improvements in implementation, monitoring, communication, or enforcement of compliance standards. Stay up to date with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards and Responsible for updating and keeping track of amendments in labour laws acts, rules, procedures across India and analyse applicability / impact on the company. Efficiently manage and execute assignments across India as needed. Preferred candidate profile Should have a minimum 10 years extensive experience legal, labour laws, and statutory legislation compliances in projects and asset sites. Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or BBA HRM & Labour Relations PG Degree in Labour Laws or MBA or Post graduate diploma in Industrial and Labour Relations. Master in Labour Study. Excellent Communication Skills - verbal and written. Desirable Masters Labour Studies
