As a Guest Relation Executive at Eden Environs – Munnar, you will be the face and voice of our resort, creating warm first impressions and lasting guest relationships. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring that every guest experience is personal, seamless, and memorable. Responsibilities Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback courteously Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments Resolve complaints promptly and professionally Maintain guest records and update guest preferences Promote resort services and experiences Assist in special setups (honeymoon, birthdays, anniversaries) Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk communication Collect and report guest feedback to the management Support with billing and invoice processing Ensure the reception area is neat and guest-ready at all times Build guest rapport and encourage repeat visits Follow standard operating procedures and brand guidelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred) 1–2 years of experience in guest relations/front office (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Excellent verbal and written communication in English (knowledge of Hindi/Malayalam is a plus) Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
