Very bad experience with the service. I went to the branch to surrender the policy and submitted documents, signed wherever required as instructed by the officials. It still didn't work and payout is not processed. Received the message that payout is not processed due to incomplete documents

Most worthless people work here. Edelweiss was awesome but Nuvama is a pure pain. Please refrain from any kind of relationship with this broker.

Very worest company dont go for this. When u take policy they wont ask any details but any risk is happen they wil try to avoid to settle the claim. They will ask many documents and they will conduct multiple investigetions and finally they …
