Location: Bengaluru (ITPL) Work Mode: 5 Days On-Site (Work From Office) We are looking for a seasoned Data Governance Specialist with at least 8 years of experience in data governance , metadata management , and data cataloguing . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Informatica CDGC and preferably exposure to tools like EDC, Axon, or IDMC . Key Responsibilities: Lead and support enterprise-wide data governance and metadata initiatives Implement and manage metadata standards using Informatica CDGC Integrate and scan metadata from various sources such as databases, data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query, Oracle), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Ensure alignment with data governance frameworks and industry best practices Promote data privacy, data quality, and data lineage principles Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to define and enforce metadata standards Desired Skills & Expertise: Minimum 8 years of experience in data governance or related domains Strong understanding of metadata management, data quality, and compliance practices Proficiency in Informatica CDGC; familiarity with EDC, Axon, or IDMC is a plus Solid knowledge of data architecture across on-prem and cloud ecosystems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Show more Show less
