The ideal candidate will have a strong command of MS Excel and at least 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or backend processes. This role involves managing daily operational activities, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining seamless workflow execution. ______________ Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities. • Perform data entry, data validation, and generate analytical reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.). • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution. • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS reports. • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently. • Ensure quality and timeliness in task completion while adhering to internal standards. ______________ Key Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or backend support functions. • Proficiency in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data sorting, and filtering. • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Graduate in any discipline; certifications in operations or supply chain management will be an added advantage.
