The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the talent acquisition function of the organization. They will develop and implement strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's goals and values. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Strong knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Skills: Must-Have In-depth understanding of talent acquisition tools, strategies, and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven hiring decisions. Team leadership and management capabilities.
