As a Luxury Car Mechanic or Technician at RVS Moto Hub, your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems in luxury vehicles. You will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake servicing, and fluid checks. Additionally, you will handle high-performance tuning and software updates for premium brands. Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools, you will troubleshoot complex vehicle issues and calibrate and fine-tune ECU (Engine Control Unit), ABS, and other electronic systems. Following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices is crucial to ensure quality, safety, and compliance during servicing. Maintaining high safety standards when handling high-value, exotic vehicles and keeping detailed records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance history are also key aspects of the role. Your role will also involve interacting with customers by explaining technical issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner. Providing recommendations for repairs, parts replacement, and performance upgrades, as well as coordinating with the Service Coordinator and spares teams to ensure smooth daily operations are essential tasks. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a luxury car mechanic or technician, with expertise in premium brands such as Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, etc. Knowledge in diagnostics, electrical systems, and performance tuning is required, along with familiarity with OBD scanners, diagnostics, and other tools. The ability to work under pressure and handle expensive vehicles with precision and care is essential. Certifications from luxury car brands (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche) will be a strong advantage. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus.
