Position Overview: The Wet Wash Glove Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of wet wash glove to healthcare facilities, long-term care facilities, and other relevant markets in India. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for wet wash gloves. dentify and prospect new clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, nursing homes, and old age homes Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and customer loyalty. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and facility staff. Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and benefits of wet wash glove. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management on a regular basis. Create an effective sales team with time for long term efficient sales. Develop a systematic Dealer network. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritizes tasks, and work independently. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills. Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events. Knowledge of infection control practices and healthcare regulations is desirable. Sales Compensation : Basic Salary with Travelling Allowances. Monthly / Annual Incentive on Target completion Annual Family Tour Yearly Bonus
