Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lectures as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Conduct classroom discussions, assignments, and periodic tests.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students in academic projects and research work (if applicable).
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Attend departmental meetings, training programs, and academic reviews.
Coordinate with academic coordinators and participate in institutional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in
Economics
(M.A. or M.Sc. Economics) from a recognized university.
Minimum
1–3 years
of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply)
