As an experienced candidate, you will be responsible for enhancing the deposit pool from customers, establishing service standards, and achieving cross-selling targets for non-deposit products, MF, and Insurance products. Your role will also involve generating fee income, overseeing branch administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the productivity and morale of branch team members. You will be overall responsible for achieving break-even and P&L targets for the branch.
