Job Description

As the eCommerce Development Lead at Sanofi Digital, you play a crucial role in overseeing the Global B2B eCommerce product line to cater to the needs of commercial and trade organizations across Sanofi. Joining the global eCommerce Delivery team, you contribute to the success of strategic eCommerce solutions and enhance Sanofi's eCommerce presence. Your collaboration with various technical teams, internal and external, ensures high traffic, web performance, stability, compliance, scalability, and cost optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the eCommerce Development team, providing technical and leadership guidance - Drive productivity enhancements through cutting-edge technologies - Develop high-performance, scalable solutions focusing on micro-services architecture and observability - Lead continuous improvement initiatives and apply agile methodologies effectively - Collaborate with teammates to implement new features and enhance products - Deploy eCommerce solutions to new markets, build key features and integrations, and troubleshoot global user issues **Qualifications Required:** - Proven track record in leading software engineering teams - Experience with SAP e-commerce platforms, software development principles, and web development technologies/frameworks - Knowledge of integration technologies, Java Spring framework, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and Spartacus Frameworks - Expertise in cloud engineering, DevOps, coding, consumer experience, cybersecurity, and agile practices - Soft skills including servant leadership, continuous learning mindset, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and collaboration skills If you are passionate about driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the growth of eCommerce solutions globally, this role offers a platform to make a significant impact and drive positive change in the digital landscape.
