Position Description: We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in Shopify, Lightspeed, and Wix to manage and optimize our integrations with these platforms. In this role, you will ensure that our application remains fully compatible with ongoing platform changes, follows best practices, and effectively addresses any platform-related challenges. Key Responsibilities: Platform Expertise & Updates: - Monitor updates, API changes, and new features released by Shopify, Lightspeed, and Wix. - Evaluate how platform changes impact our application and plan necessary updates proactively. - Maintain strong relationships with Shopify, Lightspeed, and Wix to stay informed about best practices and upcoming changes. Integration Review & Optimization: - Regularly review and optimize our existing integrations to ensure compliance with each platform's guidelines. - Identify areas for improvement to enhance performance, security, and reliability. - Collaborate with the engineering team to implement updates and enhancements. Issue Tracking & Problem Solving: - Maintain a comprehensive log of platform-related issues and collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot them. - Coordinate with Shopify, Lightspeed, and Wix support teams to effectively resolve technical issues. - Provide documentation and guidance to internal teams on platform-specific challenges. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with engineering, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration experiences. - Communicate platform changes and their impact to stakeholders across the organization. - Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying opportunities to leverage new platform features. Qualifications & Experience: - 4+ years of experience in product management, technical project management, or integration management, ideally within Ecommerce SaaS. - Strong understanding of Shopify, Lightspeed, and Wix, including APIs, app ecosystems, and best practices. - Experience managing platform integrations, API-based products, or third-party app development. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and stay ahead of evolving platform requirements. Nice to Have: - Experience working with engineering teams in a distributed environment. - Background in software development or technical product management.
