Job Description

Job Summary: The E-commerce Manager will oversee Dukakeens online sales, strategy, and operations to drive growth and customer engagement. This includes managing the website, digital marketing, product listings, and logistics to optimize performance and sales. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Strategy & Management: Develop and implement the e-commerce business strategy to maximize revenue and profitability. Manage and oversee Dukakeens e-commerce platform, ensuring an optimized and seamless user experience. Coordinate with web developers, designers, and IT teams for website enhancements and maintenance. Sales & Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to improve conversion rates. Implement strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Manage promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive sales. Product & Inventory Management: Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to enhance product offerings. Monitor inventory levels and work with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement: Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase website traffic. Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Monitor and improve customer experience, including site speed, navigation, and checkout process. Operations & Logistics Coordination: Ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and returns. Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery times and costs. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, customer retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Generate regular reports and insights for management on e-commerce performance. Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or marketplace environment. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.). Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,
