As a part of a larger digital distribution-focused group, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, overseeing product listings, inventory management, and Seller Support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce operations and exceptional organizational skills. Your role as an Ecommerce Operation Executive will be based in Sapana Sangeeta Road, Tower Square, Indore, MP. You should hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification and have knowledge of Canva, Seller Support, and Product Listing tools. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging graphics like posts, infographics, and banners, updating product listings with accurate information and images, and handling inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, you will manage non-delivery reports for efficient resolution, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
