Preferred candidate profile 6-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-growing startups or digital-first companies. Prior experience in leading a small TA team or working in a player-coach role would be preferred. Strong sourcing acumen across platformsLinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, internal databases, and employee referrals. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. High ownership mindset with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth setup.
