If you have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly in Shopping Ads and P-Max, we are looking for you. The successful candidate will have a track record of driving product sales and scaling revenue through performance advertising. Proficiency in GA4 for event tracking, eCommerce funnels, and performance attribution is a must. Additionally, being Google Ads Certified, with at least one certification in Search, Shopping, or P-Max, is a requirement. We are seeking an individual with a strong ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into actionable decisions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the capability to improve Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS) and maximize budget utilization. An independent thinker with the capacity to take ownership of accounts and test strategies is highly valued. Attention to detail, minimal error rates, excellent communication skills for reporting performance, insights, and plans to stakeholders, as well as strong organizational and time management skills are essential. Candidates who thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision are encouraged to apply.
