Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage daily online marketplace operations. The role involves product listing, price updates, inventory coordination, order tracking, and ensuring smooth execution of e-commerce activities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and eager to learn the nuances of online retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and optimize product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, etc.).
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment.
Track orders, returns, and cancellations to ensure timely fulfillment.
Update product pricing, offers, and promotions as per business requirements.
Maintain accuracy of product data including images, descriptions, and attributes.
Support in running campaigns and promotions.
Assist in preparing sales, stock, and performance reports.
Coordinate with customer support to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
0–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations (freshers may apply).
Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
