Liaise with courier partners, aggregators, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery tracking. Analytics & Optimization: Analyze and interpret e-commerce KPIs (traffic, AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and identify opportunities for growth. Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform dashboards to derive insights and improve performance. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of online sales channels, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.
