You will be the Creative Lead for AI & Digital Content, responsible for combining design expertise with AI-powered content creation to deliver high-impact brand experiences across digital platforms. Your role will involve producing daily creatives for ads, social media, website banners, and marketplace listings while maintaining brand visual identity through templates, typography, and color schemes. Leveraging AI tools like Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, Adobe Firefly, and Canva AI will be crucial in creating visuals, alongside using ChatGPT and other AI copy tools for ad copy, product descriptions, and captions. Designing e-commerce creatives like infographics, A+ content, and lifestyle imagery, as well as creating short-form videos and reels such as product demos and trending formats will be part of your responsibilities. You will also develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing, plan and manage the monthly content calendar, and collaborate with marketing to align creatives with campaign goals. Requirements for this role include 2+ years of experience in creative design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, experience with AI tools, understanding of performance marketing creative requirements, good communication and time management skills, and the ability to manage freelancers and vendors for advanced creative projects. Nice-to-have skills include basic motion graphics animation skills and knowledge of 3D design or AR/VR tools. Your success in this role will be measured by on-time delivery of campaign creatives, improved CTR and engagement on ad creatives, brand visual consistency across all platforms, and efficient coordination with freelancers for high-quality advanced outputs.
