Ecommerce Catalog Associate

You will be working as a junior to mid-senior level D2C (Website) Operations & Analytics Executive at Wellversed. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing Shopify listings by uploading products, updating the catalog, making pricing changes, and optimizing content. - Analyzing D2C (Website) data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency. - Overseeing Shopify backend operations to ensure smooth order flow, inventory sync, and other operational processes. - Providing insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior to optimize strategies. - Conducting a detailed analysis of existing business processes and systems. - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating reports to track performance on various D2C (Website) channels, highlighting areas for improvement. - Tracking and improving key customer experience touchpoints across the D2C (Website), including navigation, checkout flow, product information quality, and post-purchase experience. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Minimum 3 months of relevant experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. - Timeline-oriented, with decision-making and problem-solving abilities. - Experience/Understanding of Shopify listing and backend management processes. - Strong intent to build a long-term career in E-commerce/D2C operations and analytics.
